General

To return to the Front Page at any point: Click the large Judgesmart.com logo at the top of the page (This won't cancel any action you've already taken but it will take you back to the front page from any point).

Page 1 - The Front Page

To find a provider:

  1. Pick the section that best fits the service you're looking for; indoor, outdoor, mechanical or professional.
  2. Use the drop down box in that section to select the service type you're looking for; Professional: Solicitor/Accountant/etc, Outdoor: Gardener/Builder/etc.
  3. If further detail is needed select the subcategory from the next drop down box.
  4. Type in the postcode of the area in which you require the service, e.g. SW13 5TQ.
  5. You now have two options:
    1. Select 'Search' and the site will list the companies that fit your search criteria, or;
    2. Select 'Choose the best company for me' and the site will automatically select, and send you details of, the company that best fits your search criteria.

Select the company you would like to use by hitting 'Use Me' button and we will provide you with the company’s contact number. We will also send you the company's full contact details by email.

Page 2 – The Comparison Page

We list the best available companies at the top of the company list, 5-stars indicates previous customers have highlighted great customer service, 1-star suggests the company could do better.

  • To request a company's contact details simply click on 'Use Me'

Page 3 – Register

If we don't recognise you we'll ask you to register or login:

  • If you've used the site before and have a username and password enter them here (you can find these in your welcome email). If not click on 'Register Here' and follow the on screen instructions.

Tip - If you're on a private computer you can tick the 'Keep me logged in' box and the system will automatically remember you next time you visit. As a result you will not need to use your username and login details again.

Page 4 – Confirmation

Here we'll give you the company's contact telephone number and provide you with a link back to the front page. We'll also send their contact details to you by email. And that's it!

Page 1 - The Front Page

There are two areas of this page for you to be aware of:

  1. Service Login (top right of the page) - This allows current members access to their secure administration section.
  2. Become a Judgesmart.com Service Provider (Bottom middle of the page) - In order to find out more about Judgesmart.com and register for a Judgesmart.com Standard account click on this link and follow the on-screen instructions.

New Members

Note: you will need to complete your business and bank account details and select the customer type and postcode area(s) you would like to cover (see pages 6 to 9 below).

Note: Your account cannot be activated until you have downloaded, completed, signed and returned a direct debit mandate (available for download on 'Edit Bank Details' page, the return address is shown on the mandate).

Secure Administration Pages

Page 2 - Account Summary Screen

An overview of your account, customer information received that day and that month. Your star rating is also displayed here.

This page allows you to manage your customer contacts:

  1. New customers appear at the top of the page, marked with the word 'Contact'.
  2. Once you have contacted the customer click on the 'Contact' indicator to change it to 'Contacted'
  3. Once you have completed the job click on 'Contacted' again and the customer details will be removed from this page and placed on the 'Completed Customers' page (Page 4 below).

Note: For further customer detail you can click on the date link against each customer and be provided with full customer contact details.

Page 4 - View Completed Customers

This page allows you to view your customer history; again full customer contact details are available by clicking on the date.

Page 5 - View Feedback

This page allows you to access customer feedback.

Page 6 - Lead Management

This page has two functions:

  1. Using the map you can choose the geographical area(s) you wish to cover within the UK, from a few postcode areas to the whole of the UK.
  2. The drop down box on the right hand side of the page, labelled ‘Section’, allows you to select which customer type you wish to receive.

To choose a customer type and area take the following steps:

  1. Select the customer type from the drop down box labelled 'Section'. If you have postcodes already selected for that customer type they will appear on the right hand side of the page at this point.
  2. Click the region of the UK you would like to cover; the region will be enlarged. Click the postcode you would like to take and the sub-areas will appear in the right hand menu. Repeat the above steps to add more postcodes.

Note: You can view the postcode areas within each sub area, e.g. LE1, LE2, by clicking on the sub area name (A pop up box will appear containing this information).

  1. To set a limit on the number of customers you receive on a daily or monthly basis, add an optional premium and/or select sub areas within the postcode region you have chosen, click on the ‘View Full Details' link in the menu on the right hand side of the page. This will take you to page 6.1 (See below).

Page 6.1 - View Full Details

This page has three functions:

  1. Select the number of customers you would like to receive from each area on a daily or monthly basis.
  2. Boost your position within a star rating by adding a premium to the base price per customer.
  3. Opt in to or out of the sub areas of the postcode(s) you have chosen to cover.

To make changes 1 and 2:

  • Click on the update button next to the sub area you wish to change, make the required changes and hit save.

Note: The figure you enter in the 'Customer Premium' field is measured in pounds. If you'd like to add £1.50 to the standard Customer Price place 1.50 in the 'Customer Premium' field and hit 'Save'.

In order to make change 3:

  • Click on the tick box next to the sub-area you wish to remove or add.

Note: To remove an entire postcode area, deselect all the tick boxes associated with it and the postcode will be removed.

Page 7 - View Invoices

To view individual invoices click on the invoice number.

Page 8 - Edit Company Details

To make changes to your company details:

  1. Make the required changes
  2. Hit save on the bottom right hand of the screen

Note: You are able to change everything but your username on this page.

Page 8.1 - Place Your Account on Holiday

To place your account on holiday:

  1. Select the start date and time for your holiday from the drop down boxes next to 'Holiday from' in the section labelled 'Account Holiday' at the bottom of this page (Page 8).
  2. Select the end date and time for your holiday from the drop down boxes next to 'Holiday to' section.
  3. Hit the 'Save Changes' button on the bottom right hand of the page.
  4. An account change email will be sent to you with details of the holiday; the 'from' and 'to' times you have requested. Please double check that these dates are correct. If they are not you must revisit your account and correct the dates.

Note: You must hit ‘Save Changes’ following any amend or holiday request otherwise the change will not be saved.

Page 9 - Edit Bank Details

To make changes to your bank details:

  1. Make the required changes
  2. Hit save on the bottom right hand of the screen

If you wish to change the account from which your direct debit is drawn please contact your bank direct and they will be able to arrange this for you.

Note: You must hit 'Save Changes' to ensure your amends are saved. An email will be sent you following any change to the bank details, please double check that the changes are correct. If they are not you must revisit your account and correct them.

Page 10 - Log Out

Hit this link at the end of your session and you will be securely logged out of your account.

Greneral

Page 1 - The Front Page

There are two areas of this page for you to be aware of:

  1. Partner Login (top right of the page) - This allows active Partners access to their secure administration section.
  2. Become a Judgesmart.com Partner (bottom right of the page) - In order to find out more about how to become a Judgesmart.com Partner and register for an account click on this link and follow the on-screen instructions.

Each of these links will take you through to the Partner area detailed below.

Secure Administration Pages

Page 2 - Account Summary Screen

Provides an overview of the businesses assigned to the account and the details of the last payments made as generated by that business.

Page 3 - View Accounts

The details of the accounts assigned to the Partner

Page 4 - View Payments

Provides access to a full payment history for the account

Page 5 - Add New Service Provider

To add a new member simply:

  1. Fill in the details of the service provider you wish to add
  2. Hit save

Note: You can check that the system has registered the company on the View Accounts page.

Note: Further information must be provided before the new account can be activated. This can take a number of days so the new account will not be activate straight away.

Page 6 - Edit Partner Details

To make changes to your Partner details:

  1. Make the required changes
  2. Hit save on the bottom right hand of the screen

Note: You are able to change everything but your username on this page.

Page 7 - Edit Partner Bank Details

To make changes to your bank details:

  1. Make the required changes
  2. Hit save on the bottom right hand of the screen

Note: You must hit 'Save Changes' to ensure your amends are saved. An email will be sent you following any change to the bank details, please double check that the changes are correct. If they are not you must revisit your account and correct them.

Page 8 - Log Out

Hit this link at the end of your session and you will be securely logged out of your account.
